Youchang Consulting provides professional consulting services for NGOs, social innovation institutions, and offers consulting skills training to empower college students in China. Youchang’s mission is to empower domestic NGOs in China to reach their fullest potential and make contributions to local communities, underprivileged groups, and bring significant Chinese NGO organizations to the global stage. To date, the venture has supported more than 30 NGOs in China with organizational management and branding. 有常咨询是一家专注于为公益组织及社会创新机构提供专业咨询服务，并为在校大学生提供咨询技能培训的社会企业。 有常咨询的公益咨询板块是以品牌、战略、筹款等业务为主的轻咨询，致力于帮助公益组织帮忙解决问题。业务包括公益组织及管理层的IP打造, PR/IR国际化路线/GR政府关系打造/后续NGO人员招募/NGO政策研究分析等。商业方面倾向于选择偏公益属性强的组织接取委托，在产品、战略、市场、数据分析和法律等领域提供专业咨询服务。有常咨询曾在2021年主持联合国通讯大会的workshop，将中国NGO的故事带给了全世界。 从2022年开始，有常咨询转型成为非盈利组织，成为浙江省七彩阳光公益基金会专项项目，将持续践行”公益向善“，帮助中国的NGO走向世界。
