At Young And Mindful (YAM), we deliver ‘Self-Education’ courses to young people from the ages of 7-25. We're a social enterprise that aims to make a difference in young people's approach to health and well-being. Y.A.M. is a group of diverse but like-minded individuals with first-hand experience of the issues they address. Our mindfulness courses are ideal for schools, youth clubs and community hubs.
