The mission of the Young Directors Forum is to improve board governance by promoting age diversity on boards. We believe that younger board members have unique skills, perspectives, knowledge and networks which will lead to better questions, better insights and better decisions for boards at all levels.
We fulfil our mission by building, engaging and developing a community of diverse young directors (under the age of 50), advocating for the benefits of age diversity and building networks among members, boards and other organisations.
