Young Elevator Inc. has been family-owned and operated since 1995 with an additional 52 years of combined industry experience in service, repair, modernization, installation, state testing and custom-built cab interiors. We are locally owned from our manufacturing facility in Caldwell, ID. We are proud to offer equipment for installation and modernization projects that are non-proprietary and made in the U.S. We employ highly skilled mechanics required to complete a 4-5 year apprenticeship and continuing education every 2 years to stay up to date with industry code. We are passionate about providing traditional preventative maintenance the way the industry was when our father started as a service mechanic in 1972. Our mechanics have the experience, tooling and parts available to work on all elevators including Schindler, TKE, Otis and Dover. As a true custom cab builder we have attention to detail, quality and unique materials that can't be matched in mass produced cabs. Our template system makes installation simple for elevator mechanics to intall outside of our area. Cabs are available to ship throughout the U.S. In addition to commercial elevators, we are also the only dealer for Inclinator Home Elevators and dumbwaiters in Southern Idaho. Inclinator was the first home elevator company in the U.S., has been in business for 95 years. We can retrofit any elevator with our custom cab interiors.
