Young Job Network (YJN) is a non-profit organisation, created in December 2017 and present in 9 countries around the world (Cote d'ivoire, Senegal, Rwanda, Mauritius, France, Germany, China, USA, Canada). Its activities are : - Recruitment of young graduates - Training of young graduates recruited - Professional integration of the young graduates trained - Capacity building of young professionals - Financing of its members' projects - Strategic and organisational support for SMEs YJN works in partnership with the sub-regional private sector, universities ranked in the European Top 10 and the world Top 50. The institution wants to be an effective and efficient proposal force for public and international authorities in the resolution of problems directly affecting the social and professional well-being of young graduates. YJN aims to be a major actor in the promotion of leadership and ethics among young people and women. Through its activities, Young Job Network aims to become the leading youth-led think tank in Africa. Relying on a dynamic team of talented young people, opinion leaders, executives and business leaders, civil society, political and administrative decision-makers, YJN organizes summits, forums of exchange and professional insertion, as well as training programs in order to effectively prepare "Yworkers" to face the professional environment. It also benefits from a vast human resources network to enable young people to make the best professional decision.
