Young Leaders Network

Young Leaders Network (registered with CAC as Initiative for Leadership Development and Youth Empowerment) is a youth-led and youth-focused organization committed to building and strengthening hubs of vibrant young people through social inclusion, policy advancement and community engagement. YLN's interventions addresses the problems and needs of children, youth and women by expanding the human resource base and empowering them to steer positive changes in their communities. YLN's 2025 to 2029 Strategic Plan spotlights Active Citizenship and Inclusive Governance, Quality and Inclusive Education, Youth Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Empowerment and Climate Impact and Resilience as priority thematic focus for the organization for the next 5years. YLN is guided by the 3IEES core values - Inclusion, Innovation, Integrity, Excellence, Empathy and Synergy.
