We believe that prioritizing mental health is essential to achieving long-term well-being. Our foundation is committed to providing underrepresented youth with the tools and education necessary to maintain optimal mental wellness. We are also committed to helping break down the stigma around mental health in sports. It’s ok for athletes to not be ok.
