{Young}ist was born in response to the ongoing underrepresentation of young people in mainstream media narratives and traditional publishing spaces. We are dedicated to bringing together and empowering those young people who've been most underserved by corporate news media through delivering fresh, fiercely independent news and views by and for Millennials-in-action. {Young}ist is a young people-powered platform for citizen journalism, digital storytelling, creative intervention, and more aimed at elevating the stories and struggles of youth across the globe.
