Young Mindfulness

At Young Mindfulness we believe that teaching children mindfulness from an early age is a gift that stays with them throughout life. We work with nurseries, schools, and families, and provide 1:1, and online sessions. Our structured curriculum focuses on emotional intelligence and coping mechanisms through play, making real impact on the wellbeing of little minds.
