With more than 1.250 members, young Rabo is the network for young employees at Rabobank. Our committees organize more than 50 activities each year, varying from personal development, company visits and networking. Young Rabo also acts as a sounding board for the entire organization, representing the voice of young employees working at Rabobank up to the age of 36. With 80 committee and board members, divided into 15 thematic or regional groups, a diverse range of activities is ensured each year!
