The Young Visionaries program was brought to life by 29FORWARD to give young people the opportunity to enter the world of data. Young Visionaries is a launchpad to your career as a professional in the world of data analytics (i.e. data analyst, data scientist or software engineer). Young Visionaries is based on the Younglings apprenticeship program which was started in 2016 by a major bank in SA. 29FORWARD supports the YoungVisionaries program on a long-term basis: The education will continue for a two to a five year period and while gaining experience in the corporate world, the students will receive ongoing training to give them the opportunity to eventually become i.e. Software Engineers. Our Young Visionaries are ambitious and talented, hard-working people, who support each other along their way to master the entry into the professional world. Young Visionaries share the same vision about growing into the world of data analytics and they are an essential contributor to a very high performing and growing team. We see a future in them by helping 29FORWARD ZA in growing and establishing in Cape Town.
