Young Voices Victoria

Young Voices Victoria is a youth-led organization dedicated to empowering young people across Victoria to engage with local councils and influence the policies that affect their communities. By providing a platform for youth to raise their voices, connect with key stakeholders, and build meaningful networks, Young Voices Victoria helps bridge the gap between young people and local government. We offer mentorship, resources, and advocacy support to ensure that youth have a seat at the table in decisions that shape their future. Our mission is to amplify the voices of young people in Victoria by ensuring they are heard, represented, and actively involved in the decision-making processes of local councils. Through advocacy, mentorship, and community partnerships, Young Voices Victoria empowers youth to take leadership roles, connect with key figures in local government, and drive positive change in their communities. Additionally, YVV opens up opportunities for youth to present their ideas to their local council, amplifying the all-important voice of youth. Young Voices Victoria prides itself on its vast network of industry stakeholders and councillors across the state, which we utilise to provide the best possible support for youth.
