Your Ally Foundation, Inc.’s mission is trifold — dedication to raising awareness & community sensitization, social mobilization and health education about substance use disorders and related mental health disorders in low and middle-income countries as well as the African Diaspora in the New England area. Currently we are operating in Uganda and Zambia with future plans to expand to other low and middle income countries.
Dedication to raising awareness about trauma especially Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and related role in substance use disorders. The foundation will raise funds, provide workshops, lectures, engage in large scale public campaigns and provide educational support to substance use treatment clinicians.
Additionally, the foundation board will collaborate with vetted entities on the ground to provide culturally congruent, and age appropriate psycho education while facilitating Behavioral Change Communication.
