The ongoing pandemic has rapidly changed the way we live our lives and think of ourselves in the digital space. Despite its many challenges over the last year, it has given us an immense opportunity to increase our digital literacy to not return to the past but embrace the new society that we will live in. We at Your Digital Guide understand that not everyone was able to adjust to this shift effectively. As such, we offer virtual interactive sessions for adults regardless of their age and digital knowledge. These sessions are geared towards training persons to use the available Digital Platforms whether social media or other productivity tools. The platforms we currently teach are: •Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Keep, Chat, Meet, Classroom, Drive, Calendar, Gmail, Jamboard, Earth, Forms •Communication Apps: Zoom, Skype, WebEx, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Slack, etc. •Social Media: Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, Snapchat, Whatsapp, Telegram, TikTok •Educational Apps: Kahoot, Quizizz, Quizlet, Nearpod, Quizalize, Slido, etc. E-commerce Apps: Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Wayfair, etc.) •Project Management Apps: (Asana, ProofHub, Dapulse, Trello, etc.) Streaming Apps: Youtube, Open Broadcaster Software (OBS), Netflix, Hulu, etc. •Business & Task Management Apps: Zoho Applications, Asana, Tick Tick, AnyDo, etc. Canva If there is an app that wasn’t listed, if requested, that app will be taught at no additional cost.
