At Your Path Guide, we understand that the end-of-life journey is deeply personal and unique. Our founder and owner, an experienced End-of-Life Doula, offers compassionate support to individuals with terminal or life-limiting illnesses and those nearing the end of their lives. We work closely with you and your loved ones to create a personalised end-of-life plan that honours your wishes and provides peace of mind.
In addition to our end-of-life support services, we offer Sound Therapy, facilitated by a skilled practitioner. Using Tibetan Sound Bowls, we deliver personalised sound therapy sessions designed to promote wellness, relaxation, and emotional healing. We also conduct group sound meditations, fostering a communal space for shared healing and connection.
We are proud to be involved in shaping the future of holistic end-of-life care in Australia. Our founder serves as a Board member and Secretary of HELD (Holistic End of Life and Death Care Australia Inc.), an emerging peak body in this field. Additionally, as a founding member of the COTA SA Rainbow Horizons Project group, we are committed to supporting end-of-life planning and care within LGBTQ+ communities.
