I specialize in individual therapy with adults who are experiencing difficulties with adjustment to various changes in different stages of life. I enjoy helping with: academic stress and life transitions in young adulthood, life-balance in middle adulthood, and changes in health, functioning, relationships, and living situations in older adulthood.
My clinical areas of interest are supporting women in perimenopause through personal and life changes, as well as, working with those who have a new diagnosis of and/or are navigating having Attention Hyperactivity Deficit Disorder (ADHD) in adulthood.
