Your People Potential is a professional training & strategic HR consultancy based near Cambridge. We work with clients within a 50-mile radius including Peterborough, Northampton, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and London. The company was founded in 2013 as Namasté Culture by former HR consultant Jacqui Kemp and rebranded as Your People Potential in July 2017. We deliver training and coaching programmes to support employee wellbeing and bring a positive culture to businesses. Clients are typically highly technical, medium-sized businesses in the IT, biotech, pharmaceutical and academic fields. We make breakthroughs in employee health, happiness and productivity through flexible and personalised group or 1-2-1 training and coaching to help your people reach their potential. This could involve helping to develop your management team, refresh your people strategy (usually when you are going through transformation, cultural change or need to improve employee engagement) and we also provide crisis support for employees who are not coping. Services include: • Management and leadership training (including performance, motivating others, managing conflicts, communication at work, problem solving and decision making) • Tailored individual training to help employees thrive (including mindfulness, communication skills, building resilience, responding to change positively, handling difficult situations and conflict resolution, stress & mental health awareness and equality & diversity at work) • Training on behalf of HR people to help managers embed compliance (including recruitment & selection, equality & diversity, returning to work, and disciplinary & grievance procedures)
