I am a mindset coach working primarily with women who are in a place of low self-esteem, low self-confidence and low self-worth, with fears and anxieties, who want to become empowered, strong and goal orientated females with a life full of purpose, ambition and loving relationships. Specifically women who: - Have been through a divorce - Have been through a long term relationship breakup - Have survived destructive/abusive relationships - Want to overcome anxieties around other relationships in their life - Have been through other difficult life experiences and struggle with low self-esteem I have developed a program that I truly believe in wholeheartedly because I know how much the concepts have impacted my life. I live by all the principles I teach every day and will do for the rest of my life, I believe in them that much, and as a result I reap the benefits every day. The program is called Self Esteem Reset It is an 8 week program that helps you understand the negative beliefs that underpin your low self-esteem and the resulting behaviours that arise. It then teaches techniques to relieve the anxiety induced by the low self-esteem and finally works to help reprogram the negative beliefs holding you back from achieving what you want in life. The second program I offer is called Positive Mindset Tools. It is a shorter 2 session program that helps teach you daily tools that you can use to reprogram your negative thinking yourself, to transform your results in life. In addition to my two structured programs I offer stand alone online mindset coaching sessions which can be utilised as and when they are required.
