SQUARE was founded in late 2020 by Tomek Andryszczyk and Daniel Kuczaj.
Tomek is responsible for strategic and transaction advisory for institutional investors, family offices and HNWI clients. He also leads company‘s own residential investments. Previously, he was a press spokesman for the City of Warsaw, and afterwards advised leading real estate developers in the field of public affairs and project management
Daniel is responsible for new business development on international markets.
Daniel is founder and CEO of the Frankfurt based PropTech ROOMHERO. Before moving to real estate, he spent several years in the Private Equity sector.
