Your TACS is a Luxembourg company authorized as “Expert-Comptable" and is member of the “OEC – Ordre des experts-comptables”, the Luxembourg professional body that disciplines and establishes the requirements for exercising the profession of certified chartered accountants. Your TACS is authorized to perform the following activities according to the Law of 10 June 1999: • Book-keeping and record of corporate transactions; • Establishing of annual financial statements; • Domiciliation of companies; • Administrative and secretarial services; • Tax compliance services. Your TACS is also authorized as • Depositary of bearer shares according to the Law of 28 July 2014; • Family office according to the Law of 21 December 2012. We provide services to corporations and group of companies operating on an international scale end to high-net worth individuals and families holding assets in different jurisdictions.
