Your Buddy Community at LUMS

A community-driven initiative to help students in anything and everything. From career advise to what to do in future, from academic problems to stress related to the passing of a loved one. Even if you are experiencing depression & anxiety or if you simply want to talk and vent to someone. We are here for you! Just message us and we will either anonymously post in our community group or we will connect you to a buddy who has been through the same and can guide you navigate through what might now feel like a storm. Our buddies are volunteers who are students and alumni themselves who are trained by top-notch psychologists
