yourDesiCart is a passionate enthusiastic Women led startup with a philosophy of helping create employment opportunities to the underprivileged Women. Several women lost their jobs during the Pandemic. yourDesiCart made it a mission to hire and train them on new skill sets of e-commerce, inspecting items and packing them. Taught them english writing skills and made them tech enabled to use yourDesiCart admin applications. Other women leaders of the company include a mother of two children who decided to come back into the workforce after taking a long break, a young passionate ex-Amazonian lady, who also wanted to be part of a company with a purpose, and two other middle-aged women who wanted a flexible part time work from home opportunity.
