You're Worthy

You're Worthy started in mid-2021 as a personal project, which emerged out of my experience with eating disorders and mental health, however, soon it grew to be a collective audience project, with multiple teens, pitching in their ideas, putting in their work, and extending the organization. From allowing users to have a daily chat with us, to sending out motivational and informational content on our Instagram and website, You're Worthy aims to be a therapeutic destination for pre-teens and teenagers to learn, grow, interact, and more. Apart from the above-mentioned features, we have collaboration events, online information sessions, orphanage visits, school visits, and more such mental health campaigns. In short, our aim is to be the mental health guide, that every child needed or needs in their life! We're not your traditional mental health page. There are so many organizations that focus on the same, so we wanted to focus on applications of mental health. We believe there's a lack and a gap in understanding mental health and incorporating it into our daily lives. Mental health is seen as a medical term, but it's more than just that. So we focus on applications in terms of how mental health is related to school, to a teenager's social life, and other aspects. You'd see posts about sports and fitness on your page too, all in relation to how we see mental health as an application.
