Υourpath is a career counseling and guidance office that addresses both teenagers and adults who wish to design their academic and professional careers. The provision of our services can take place both on a physical and a virtual level, either in the form of group counseling or through individual sessions. The main purpose behind our business and our services is the development of our customers’ self-awareness through the identification of their professional goals, motives, values, interests, skills and stimuli, the acquisition of fundamental career management skills, the ability to map down valid and reliable information and the empowerment of customers in the process of making career decisions. Students, in specific, will learn how to set smart and attainable goals, how to select a path of undergraduate or postgraduate studies and how to manage the transition from school to university, as well as the transition to the labour market. With regard to adults and individuals who wish to make a shift in their careers, the provision of all the appropriate tools will increase the probability of being hired during the job hiring process.
