Announcing Company Acquisition
Since our launch in 1993, Precision Products’ core mission has been to meet customers’ needs for performance-and productivity-enhancing technologies and workflow solutions that enable them to serve their clients and constituents at the highest levels possible.
In the ongoing pursuit of this mission, I’m pleased to announce that Precision Products and Precision Capture (Precision) have been acquired by two other well-established, highly trusted Trimble dealers:
* Seiler Geospatial, headquartered in St. Louis, MO and serving 8 Midwestern states, has acquired Precision Products’ Kentucky operations.
* Duncan-Parnell, based in Charlotte, NC and operating along the mid-Atlantic coast and southeastern US, has acquired our Tennessee operations.
