Your Safety Coach

If there is one thing, I’ve learned from working is safety it would be that there is no system, program or initiative that can 100% guarantee positive (compliant) behaviour. It’s always a journey of discovery on a dark road with nothing but a broken flashlight. It's scary but can also be exhilarating. This group attempt to give some form of guidance and direction into safety matters. Feel free to give your input as well and should you have any suggestions on how to improve the group or on possible articles you would like to see feel free to let us know. We need to acknowledge that if the human factor is part of our system, it will never be perfect and will always have room for improvement and maybe that's the reason this line of work is so exiting. A healthy system needs to be fluid, shaping around the obstacles of our time and flowing at rates allowed by its natural conditions.
