After years in the corporate world, I took a leap of faith to pursue my true passion: helping people become the best versions of themselves. I discovered the best way I could do this was to become a coach. After training and working as a life and executive coach (who is ICF and EMCC accredited) I set up thrive, but I knew I wanted to do more. Having navigated the challenges of perimenopause and realizing I was barely surviving, I knew I had to try and help other women facing similar challenges and decided to become a menopause coach. I’m now on a mission to empower women to not only survive menopause but to truly thrive in every aspect of their life.
