Welcome to YouSpoken, a nonprofit dedicated to general awareness of traumas and triggers in youth worldwide through avenues of storytelling. With mental health being a prevalent topic in today’s society, the topic of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder within youth is statistically underrepresented. Through our various webinars and events, we have put an emphasis on connecting young individuals globally to resources and mental health professions to access support. YouSpoken has taken a specific focus on newcomer youth in Canada, and we are constantly looking for youth volunteers and chapter heads to spearhead initiatives inside their schools/communities.
