🔹 Youth Advisor Program: A initiative designed to enhance the cognitive and skill capabilities of youth across various life domains. The aim is to guide their activities, ensuring the utilization of their talents and skills in impactful programs and projects that contribute tangibly to society. 🔹 Addressing Two Fundamental Youth Issues: 🔺 First Challenge: Difficulty in acquiring knowledge and cultural understanding in an era of rapid technological advancement. 🔺 Second Challenge: Lack of awareness and sufficient understanding of various aspects of life's complexities. 🔹 Vision: Toward an active youth community. 🔹 Mission: Creating real and sustainable youth programs and projects. 🔹 Youth Advisor Program Achieves Two Main Sustainable Development Goals: 🔺 Goal Four (Quality Education): Building youth capacities and raising societal awareness. 🔺 Goal Seventeen (Partnerships for the Goals): Collaborating with development stakeholders, including civil society organizations and public and private sector institutions. 🔹 مستشار الشباب Youth Advisor : عبارة عن برنامج يهدف إلى رفع مقدرات الشباب المعرفية و المهارية في مجالات الحياة المختلفة ، من أجل توجيه بوصلة نشاطاتهم بصورة تضمن توظيف طاقاتهم ومهاراتهم في برامج ومشاريع حقيقة ذات أثر ملموس في المجتمع. 🔹 لهذا أتت فکرة برنامج مستشار الشباب لمعالجة مشکلتین أساسیتین لدى الشباب: 🔻المشكلة الأولى : صعوبة التحصیل المعرفي والثقافي فی عصر السرعة والتقدم العلمي. 🔻المشكلة الثانية : عدم الوعی والإدراك الكافي لجوانب الحیاة المختلفة (عجلة الحياة). 🔹 الرؤيا Vision نحو مجتمع شبابي فاعل. 🔹 الرسالة Mission خلق برامج ومشاریع شبابیة حقیقیة ذات أثر مستدام 🔹 ويعمل برنامج مستشار الشباب على تحقيق هدفين رئيسين من أهداف التنمية المستدامة : 🔺 الهدف الرابع (التعليم الجيد): والذي يتضمن بناء مقدرات الشباب ورفع الوعي المجتمعي. 🔺 والهدف السابع عشر :(عقد الشراكات لتحقيق الأهداف): وذلك بالتعاون مع أضلاع التنمية من منظمات المجتمع المدني ومؤسسات القطاع العام والخاص.
