Youth Development Inch NPC. (hereafter known as YDI) is a newly established Non Profit Company that will target the youth by focusing on social and health issues. The Organization is located in Mthatha and will provide social and sporting event programs in this area as well as surrounding areas in the Eastern Cape Province. The founder of YDI has over 8 years’ experience in education both as a student Counselor & Career Guidance Officer and that of being a Lecturer and has actively been involved in sport his whole life as a soccer player and soccer referee in Provincial league and regional league. The founder has also gained experience through educating himself on Bachelor of Social Sciences (Psychology & Criminology) at Walter Sisulu University, Post Graduate Diploma in HIV/AIDS Management at Stellenbosch University & Post Graduate Certificate in Education at Walter Sisulu University. The founder has intentions to address social issues in rural communities. The founder uses his own discretion and innovation to serve a market where there is a demand for social and sporting event programs. YDI has a vision to free rural areas of crime, drugs, alcohol and woman abuse. The Organization aims to create a country that is free of poverty, drugs and alcohol, in which every child attains the right to survival, protection, development, excellent education and participation. YDI envisions equality for everyone where these individuals will share the power of a wish. The Organization will specialize in the following social and sporting event programs:  Awareness Programs for HIV/AIDS, the Corona Virus and Other Health Related Issues  Student Counselling, Career Guidance Programs and Motivational Events The Fight Against Gender Based Violence, Crimes and Drugs Program  Sports Tournaments and Sports Conferences Engagement
