Youth Elite Pathways Program empowers disengaged high school students in disadvantage communities by providing STEM education, training and yearly paid internships. Through engaging informational events, hands on workshops, and real-world career experiences as Project/Program Managers, Project Cost Control, Data Analysis, and Marketing in diverse industries such as Aviation, Construction, Energy/Utilities, IT/Technology, Transportation, & Water. By bridging the opportunity gap, we aim to equip these high school students for successful careers and cultivate future leaders, promoting equity and transforming lives in their community. By partnering with Fortune 500 companies & our clients we’re able to facilitate mentorship and career development for the high school students.
