Youth Ideas at Work (YIAW) is a global, youth-led nonprofit equipping teens (13–19) with the skills, mentorship, and platform to turn bold ideas into real-world solutions. Through hands-on programs in STE(A)M, AI, cybersecurity, and mental health advocacy, we nurture creative problem-solvers and socially conscious leaders—especially from underserved communities. What Makes Us Unique Project-Based Learning: Teens create marketable projects (apps, campaigns, prototypes) that address real-world challenges. Mentor-Driven Collaboration: We partner with industry leaders to bridge the gap between learning and impact.
