Youth LITE

Youth LITE is about providing real opportunities for students to practice their knowledge and for business to connect with high caliber students from universities across East Africa. Through our program, students get to apply their knowledge and skills, whilst businesses/ organizations benefit from new insights and knowledge from students who are passionate. We are the first and only youth-led organization to offer university students project-based learning opportunities in East Africa. We have 2 windows per year for students January to June window July - December window Each window runs over a Six-month period. During each phase the students will conduct an initial analysis of a project presented on the platform and present an overview solution to the identified issue. The resulting report will bring the findings together and may focus on a particular area such as Marketing, Project Management, Strategic Management, Operations or Human Resources. Students will then drill down deeper into the same issue helping a project partner to achieve the objectives outlined in the project outline.
