We are a youth-focused non-profit organization helping students throughout Indonesia across various stages of personal growth, starting from early in their freshman year to right at transition to the world of work. We facilitate the learning and development journey for university students through incubation, opportunity discovery, mentorship, and access to career opportunities. At Youth Catalyst Foundation, we see that every youth in Indonesia plays a pivotal role in realizing the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045. Driven by a strong belief in investing in youth today for the future of our communities and the nation at large, we have collectively amassed 147,000+ community members and 2,500+ program alumni across 75+ local and international campuses.
