The Youth Center for Engagement and Participation (YCEP) is a youth-led think tank and non profit organization based in Manila, Philippines. Our mission is to provide a collaborative platform for young leaders and young practitioners, a platform to ignite change for the development and better of society and generations to come. YCEP is focused on issues face by the youth and addressing them by occupying space for the youth’s voices and solution to be hear at the local, national, and global level. We conduct in-depth research and capacity building program that equip the youth to address society’s pressing issues.
YCEP is founded in three pillars: research and policy, civic engagement, and social justice-based development. We believe that the youth should be acknowledged, capacitated, and engaged to become empowered members of our society. We envision a future where the empowered youth are able to emerge as a source of transformative leadership and innovative solutions as build towards a just and humane society
