Youth Initiative Foundation was formed on the basis to Africanize the queer narratives, break the chains of gatekeeping in the activism space and promote the inclusion of diverse LGBTQIA+ youth in policy and decision making towards queering democracy. We are committed to amplifying the voices of LGBTQIA+ youth through various empowerment programs, community mobilization, outreach and campaigns.
Youth Initiative Foundation serves as a positive representation of LGBTQIA+ youth by building an inclusive society prioritizing their needs and challenges in our community. This will be achieved through various initiatives which include, youth development, youth empowerment, digital rights, human rights education, advocacy and sustainable development goals (SDG).
