Here at YPM Search we promise to never micromanage, and we promise to trust you to independently run your own desk in a way that is most comfortable for you. No clocking in and out. You devise your own work schedule. We offer all the tools necessary to create and run your own desk whether you focus on Accounting/Finance, Legal, IT etc. Our basic philosophy is to hire seasoned professionals, provide them with whatever is needed for success and get out of the way. Production is the measuring stick.
