YRC Equities is a self-funded search firm focused on small to medium sized acquisitions. We partner with exceptional companies and investors seeking the next stage of growth. Post-acquisition, we will be working closely with our portfolio companies as CEOs and managers to drive measurable value for all stakeholders. We are two veterans looking for firms that wish to continue their legacy by passing on the business to good stewards. We are specifically interested in the marine sector, as we have a wealth of experience in the area (marine engineering at the Naval Academy, special forces diving 9+ years and underwater engineering last summer), but we will also be looking at classic blue collar type businesses with good recurring cashflow.
