About Yangtze River Delta Automotive Alliance

The Yangtze River Delta Automotive Alliance was formed in 2019 by the Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui governments, jointly led by SAIC Motor, Geely Holding Group, Chery Holding Group and Jiangsu Society of Automotive Engineers. The alliance brings together over 500+ OEMs, research institutions, startups and social organisations in the YRD region. The alliance's mission is to further advance intelligent connected electric vehicles, battery technology, vehicle charging, hydrogen fuel vehicles and improve national grid networks.
