About YRID – Youth Research, Innovation & Development Founded in April 2025, YRID is a forward-thinking organization committed to empowering young researchers, innovators, and entrepreneurs across the fields of AI, engineering, business development, marketing, education, and reconstruction. Our mission is to build a vibrant community where students and early-career professionals can connect with academic leaders, global institutions, and industry experts. Through high-impact conferences, workshops, mentorship programs, and startup competitions, we help youth transform research and ideas into real-world impact. In our inaugural conference, YRID hosted over 250 delegates—including international professors and institutional leaders from Canada and China—sharing insights across banking, tourism, education, and more. We aim to: Foster innovation through events and startup incubation Provide free career guidance and job access within a private employment cluster Offer licensed training and certification opportunities for global career readiness Connect youth with investment and scholarship opportunities for outstanding research and tech initiatives At YRID, we don’t just support ideas—we empower the people behind them.
