Yudum Gıda

Yudum Gıda, one of the leading company in the liquid oil market of Turkey, manufactures the most preferred Turkish liquid oil brands Yudum and Sırma. Yudum Gıda is considered to be one of the prestigious and important manufacturers of its sector in export markets, with its olive oil manufacturing. In 1985 Yudum and Sırma brands were first initiated in Ayvalık, and the brands were operated by Unilever Company from 1995 to 2003. Yudum Gıda was established in August 2003, as Yudum and Sırma the brands were acquired by an American investment fund. In January 2008, Yudum Gıda was taken over by Savola Group, which widely operates in 15 different countries in the food sector with leader brands. Yudum Gıda headquarter office is located in Istanbul and plant is located in Ayvalık. Ayvalık plant is placed at 18,000 m2 area. The factory manufactures more than 100 SKUs of seed oil and olive oil.
