Our Journey to Sustainability In 2023, our founder, Shwetha Munegowda, a Senior IT Manager, asked a powerful question: “What impact does my work have on the Earth?” That moment sparked a shift from business as usual to purpose-driven, sustainable innovation. Inspired by the circular economy, the balance of people, planet, and profit, and the need for real action on climate change, Yujir was born.
