Yulstay was born from the feedback of many investors; at the time, they were all overwhelmed with the process required to make an investment in real estate and all the work that came with the management thereafter. Our team is dedicated to taking over all these tasks and helping our investors achieve even better results. This is accomplished by leveraging our relationship across the city's real estate market and by partnering up with the finest and most driven experts in each contingent field. Our experience in the market has allowed us to negotiate better prices for every step in the process ie. purchase prices, notary fees, mortgage rates, etc... We plan to achieve that by focusing on three core elements: 1. Peace of mind - This is our number one goal and everything we do derives from it therefore we are available to answer any questions our members may have. 2. Transparency - We choose to be transparent in all the business opportunities we present and all the properties we manage. 3.
