YuSchool is the application of The Yuology Method, and it’s a 6-week transformational course that teaches confidence, clarity and the courage to be who you are, by utilizing your inner strengths and resources; instead of relying on external forces. The program’s step-by-step framework guides students through a five-pillar process connecting to their Vulnerability, Authenticity, Curiosity, Intention and Intuition. The program is practical and hands-on, combining a professionally produced online video course, a 100-page workbook including applied exercises for each subject, meditations & visualizations, live group coaching calls and a private community for support and accountability.
