Yuyuto Ltd., listed on OTCBB China as of Feb, 2012, operates children's entertainment and retail facilities in high-scale shopping malls throughout China. Our line of brands includes: A. The Yuyuto Play System, a high-end children’s playground and entertainment system designed in Japan and operating in 40 locations nationwide; B. Yuroro, an indoor synthetic ice rink for kids under 11 expanding to 20 locations in 2012. We operate the above franchises throughout China in accordance with the following business model: 1. In flagship shopping malls located in major cities, we operate "kids' park" facilities of approximately 21,000 sqft. in size containing all of the above brands as well as other lines of business (e.g., early educational centers); 2. In large shopping malls located in major cities and secondary markets, we operate large installations of approximately 7500 sqft in size containing 2 or more of the above brands; 3. In other shopping malls, we operate the Yuyuto Play System; averages approximately 3,000 sqft in size.
