Young Women in Finance NZ

Young Women in Finance brings together like-minded women in the wider finance sector to learn, share experiences and support one another. We strive to provide high quality professional development and networking opportunities to give our members access to valuable career insights. We currently offer these in Auckland and Wellington, New Zealand. In 2018 we partnered with the Institute of Finance Professionals (INFINZ) to further grow our offering and providing access for our members to more events and networking opportunities. This initiative is generously supported by the Financial Markets Association. Our wider mission is to strengthen the pipeline of women leaders through promoting a comradery mentality of collaboration over competition. Through encouraging more women to 'take their seat at the table', our society will benefit from the increased diversity of perspective.
