Ltd. was grounded in 1990, first as an exclusive representative for Bulgaria of the German concern “О&К”, which grew in 1998 into the international company “Terex Mining” аnd since 1994 represents the interests of another giant- the German concern “ThyssenKrupp Fordertechnik”. In 2004 the company began work in the mining sector also of the Middle-Asian markets with its own representative offices and staff in Almaty /Kazakhstan/ and Tashkent /Uzbekistan/, whereby since June 2005 is also the registration and the beginning of the activities of Z&M Private Co.
