Z-Box

Experience the difference. Instructors: Host a Z-Box Workshop at your club! (AFAA instructors earn 5.5 CEU.) Students: Take a Z-Box Fitness class! Z-Box Fitness (the Z is short for Z.E.N.) blends the hippest dance moves from yesterday and today mixed with basic boxing moves. You will complete Z-Box’s total body workout with a host of resistance training and end with Z.E.N. (Zone | Envision | Nature) a relaxation stretch. You will feel exhilarated - Expect quick results! Prepare to have fun while burning 500-900+ calories during one-hour of Z-Box Fitness! This class caters to ALL Fitness Levels!
