GenZ is a Singapore-based not-for-profit enterprise, with a core belief that everyone deserves a fair and equal opportunity, and that their ambitions should not be limited by their socio-economic backgrounds, academic performance, or other social Identifiers such as their age, ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation.
We recognize individuals for their passion and hunger, beyond these surface-level identifiers. And we see two major levers of change in the status quo: supporting the under-privileged to develop skills and knowledge in digital, and empowering them with meaningful economic opportunities and a positive, confident and go-getting mindset from an early age.
Opportunities do not come on silver platters. At GenZ, we provide an open platform for Gen Zs to build knowledge in topics of interest, seek economic opportunities, pursue passions and drive change, with free mentorship, recruitment facilitation, skill development programs and a community of passionate individuals, for students in secondary and tertiary institutions in Singapore.
GenZs of all backgrounds can become positive forces for change and impact in areas such as climate change, diversity and inclusion, and many more, given the right platform and community.
