Zaag University (*)

Zaag University is a forward-thinking institution dedicated to providing a transformative educational experience across a wide variety of fields with a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary learning and community engagement. Zaag currently offers undergraduate and graduate courses online and soon in-person at our state-of-the-art campus located in Southeastern Ontario, Canada. Our program offerings include comprehensive medical training, search and rescue operations and paramedic training, as well as art and design, engineering and life sciences. Each student has unique needs and interests, and Zaag University’s academic programs are designed to accommodate a diverse range of learning styles and backgrounds. The university also recognizes the importance of providing students with opportunities to engage in experiential learning, including laboratory work, clinical and public health experiences, and internships. A major component of Zaag University’s curriculum is redesigning the nature of training for paramedics, doctors of emergency medicine, and many other medical disciplines. Other programs such as software engineering and web design or hospitality and tourism will bring additional expertise in sectors that will benefit the economy of the region as a whole. At the core of Zaag University’s mission is a passion for interdisciplinary learning and collaboration, providing all students with the skills and knowledge necessary to tackle the complex challenges facing society today.
